Mold Manufacturing
After the product and mold design process is completed, a mold production file is prepared and handed over to the production unit. In the ELDE Kalıp A.Ş. modern production facility, all parts of the mold are produced using high-tech CNC machines. The lower components of the mold are assembled, and heat treatment is applied to the necessary parts. At this stage, the male and female parts of the mold are joined, and a general evaluation is made. The molds are closed, water and hydraulic connections are made, labeled, and mold locks are installed for the safety of part production. The mold is then made ready for the first sample production.Review, Quality, and Approval
